It’s Christmas Time

I thought I would try making a memorable - if possible - Christmas Song. After about five duds, I decided to speed things up and use a standard “rock” chord structure that everyone can easily relate to. It is the standard E-E-A-E-B verse with an A-E-A-B chorus. This bit is not on an album.

 And it’s time to be grateful
For gifts from above 
And it’s time to be thankful 
For people who love               

It’s time to give thanks to
The God we hold dear
And it’s time to live up to
The promises made here
